These therapies are supported by strong clinical research and are designed for those who haven’t found relief through traditional treatments. Depression

Depression affects 1 in 4 American adults and is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide. It can cause persistent feelings of sadness, decreased motivation and energy, and can even change behavior patterns such as sleep and appetite. Depression deeply impacts relationships and the ability to function in all areas of life. Approximately 30% of people with depression do not respond to standard treatments, which is known as treatment-resistant depression. For these individuals, Spravato (esketamine) has been FDA-approved as an effective option, allowing us to accept insurance for treatment and making care more accessible to those who need it.

Anxiety

Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental health conditions, affecting nearly one in three adults at some point in their lives. Anxiety can cause persistent worry, racing thoughts, restlessness, physical tension, and difficulty sleeping or concentrating. It can interfere with relationships, daily routines, and overall quality of life. For those who have not found relief through traditional treatments, ketamine offers a promising option by helping to disrupt unhelpful thought patterns and promote a greater sense of calm and clarity.

PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects millions of Americans and can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It may cause intrusive memories, nightmares, emotional numbness, heightened anxiety, and strong reactions to reminders of the trauma. PTSD can deeply impact relationships, work, and overall quality of life. Emerging treatments like ketamine have shown promising results in reducing symptoms of PTSD, especially for individuals who have not responded to traditional approaches, by helping the brain form new and more adaptive connections.

OCD

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) affects an estimated 2.5 million adults in the U.S. and is characterized by unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals performed to ease anxiety. These cycles can become time-consuming and distressing, often interfering with work, relationships, and daily life. While many benefit from therapy and medication, some individuals do not find sufficient relief. Ketamine has shown potential in reducing the intensity of obsessive thoughts and breaking rigid thought patterns, offering hope for those with treatment-resistant OCD.
